Researchers at Tongji University in Shanghai started with an idea about work. Employees who use AI alongside their daily tasks may also start reshaping those tasks: taking on new duties, seeking new skills, changing how they work with others. That reshaping, the researchers proposed, may help a career stay viable over time.
