Veinticinco dueños y gerentes de pymes rumanas de comercio electrónico cuentan qué tecnología adoptaron, qué se los impide y qué creen que ganaron. Son percepciones de un solo país, no resultados medibles.

En muchos negocios en línea pequeños, la analítica cabe en una hoja de cálculo. Un administrador de una microempresa rumana lo describió así: usan Google Analytics, los reportes de la propia plataforma de venta y Excel para juntar los datos. Es una solución práctica cuando el presupuesto es corto, y el estudio la encontró repetida entre las empresas más chicas.

Twenty-five owners and managers describe what they use, what stops them, and what they believe it earned them.

In Romania, owners of small online shops keep their data work simple. Google Analytics, the reports their selling platform already gives them, and Excel spreadsheets. That is the everyday toolkit of the smallest firms, the ones with the fewest staff and the tightest budgets.
