What was read, and when

• The exchange was recorded on 28 September 2026: one model by its API, the vendor's settings left as they came, no system prompt, a single turn. The reply is printed whole.
• The screens were captured on one machine, in English, on 18 and 19 September 2026, among them another company's desktop app with its share screen and its approval settings.
• The makers' pages were read on 28 September 2026. The coding assistant's pages on permission modes and on checkpoints are undated; the desktop agent's safety page was updated on 16 September 2026; the chat product's sharing page is dated 15 June 2026; the other company's page on shared links was read that day.
