What was read, and when
- The maker that switched off two models: its statements of 12 June 2026 and 30 June 2026, with an update of 1 July 2026, read on 27 September 2026. Neither says what became of the customers' own work in the meantime.
- The recorded exchange: 27 September 2026, one model by its API, with the vendor's defaults, no system prompt and one turn. The question named the first row's product, and the model that answered is the same maker's. It was run once.
- The makers' pages on taking your data with you: the first maker's export page, which prints a relative date, read on 27 September 2026; the second maker's export page, dated 8 July 2026, and its memory page, dated 2 September 2026; the third maker's pages, undated, read on 27 September 2026, and its terms, in force since 30 July 2026.
- The law: California's statute as amended effective 1 January 2026; Canada's federal act as amended 4 March 2025; Quebec's act as current on 10 June 2026; all read on 27 September 2026. Mexico's law is read in the Spanish edition.
- The classroom's inventory, 20 September 2026, re-derived on 27 September 2026; the vendor's plan was to end on 7 October 2026. It holds by file name, not by content.
- Table 19.1: the three makers' pages, read on 27 September 2026; the fourth row is the reader's.
The sources are printed in the full edition, chapter by chapter, with the day each was read. This page prints the same list.
